Summary:
Navv Systems (“Navv”) is a rapidly growing healthcare tech company supplying location based services software to healthcare. Navv is looking for a GIS developer to help create a traffic control system for optimizing healthcare operations. Geospatial data is a key ingredient to the system and Navv seeks a passionate GIS expert to move this important component of the system forward. Navv is creating a system that is unique in its ability to render real time data on maps for multi-campus organizations. Patients, visitors and employees will all benefit from the tools that will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Create the processes for integrating with a Mapping CMS
  • Develop solutions for routing indoors
  • Implement solutions for geofencing
  • Integrate with iOT and mobile devices
  • Enable the rendering of real time tracking data
  • Provide maps for buildings
  • Provide data visualizations for geospatial data
  • Write specifications for solutions to be outsourced
  • Ability to understand, recommend and build a GIS Architecture
  • Cooperate and coordinate development with external Development Team
  • Business requirement gathering and translation
  • Drive business objectives in Development Team
Required Skills:

  • Experience in working with shared mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Fullstack development experience on both HTML and Server Side processing
  • Experience with Restful APIs
  • Experience with data streams
GIS Skills:

  • Experience with QGIS

Role:
Our Project Manager is responsible for managing successful software implementation projects for customers. A well-qualified candidate is solution-oriented, an excellent collaborator, and a superb communicator. They have the ability to drive the execution of projects and take ownership of outcomes. They make sure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule, and communicate progress effectively to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project plans, expectations, progress and risks utilizing project management methods and professional acumen for customer implementations
  • Lead scope changes and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Working with cross-functional teams and at times third parties/partners in support of successfully implementing client projects
  • Collecting all necessary data from the customer to accurately complete the setup and implementation of the software purchased
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through implementation of the project
  • Travel to customer sites to support on-site implementation and training (approx. 30%)
Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Thrives in an environment of collaboration, team player
  • Juggle multiple tasks and processes in various phases
  • Experience with project management software, Confluence and Jira a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Role:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level field engineer who will be responsible for supporting successful software solutions through effective on-site customer installations and support troubleshooting and resolution. A well-qualified candidate will be eager to learn, is an excellent problem-solver and is able to manage urgent situations with poise and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Support software solutions at the customer site
  • Travel to customer locations to perform duties as requested for implementation or troubleshooting incidents
  • Coordinate and perform on-site installation as necessary for software implementations
  • Configure network installation of location tracking devices
  • Escalate customer-facing issues with internal team members effectively
  • Ensure the optimal performance of the system
  • Ensure engineering designs are followed
  • Conduct research on site, inspect equipment and technologies, and resolve onsite malfunctions
  • Communicate with customers to determine needs and explain complex issues
  • Write status reports of work efforts, project status and risks
Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in installing and supporting software solutions
  • Excellent problem-solver and able to remain cool and effective under pressure
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of machines, equipment, and technology used in different field projects preferred
  • Knowledge of network setups like knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router installation, and ISP broadband
  • Able to prioritize and triage well and communicate effectively, with a sense of urgency for customers
  • Ability to travel 50 to 75% of the time nationally
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / software engineering or related field required
  • 1-3+ years of experience
Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) development and/or indoor GIS preferred

Role:
Our Customer Support Manager is responsible for owning, enhancing, monitoring, and overseeing the customer support system and framework for a SaaS platform. A well-qualified candidate will have the ability to communicate well and advocate for our customers, be comfortable building and iterating new processes, and have an excellent understanding of support team best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Document, enhance and own the creation and deployment of a service management process and system for customer issues, internally reported issues, and service requests
  • Own the development of workflows and procedures for support team based on industry standard frameworks
  • Monitor and oversee customer support quality and service level agreement (SLA) adherence
  • Ensure that customer issue escalations occur appropriately and consistently
  • Audit and maintain integrity of operational data in service management tools, including proper closure of tickets/tasks and updates
  • Manage the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
  • Exhibit empathy with our customers and work to provide the best solutions aligned with Navv’s core values and train support team members to do the same
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
  • Collaboration with other customer success team members to enhance the overall customer experience
Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting SaaS applications in a 24×7 support environment
  • Highly focused on increasing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to successfully navigate an organization cross functionally including through barriers to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer support related role required
