Here’s a Q&A with Jessica Cercone, BSIOE, MSEM, Navv Systems’ Customer Delivery Manager.
What does a day in the life of Navv’s Customer Delivery Manager look like?
As a Customer Delivery Manager, our customers are front and center and I strive to be their best advocate in order to help solve their biggest problems and keep teams on track and in communication with each other. I typically spend my days formulating project plans and process flows, reaching out to out to team members for status reports on tasks, and ensuring our customers expectations are being met.
What accomplishment makes you the most proud?
Work ethic is everything – as my father always told me, hard work creates good luck! I’m proud of the work that I’ve put in and the sense of purpose that I find by working amongst teams of individuals who are dedicated to making the world a better place.
What is something you have always wanted to try?
Living in a completely different country. I admire people who do this and embrace the different cultures around them – it creates a better perspective!
Where are we most likely to find you outside of work?
The newest restaurant or bar in the area!
